Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Commerce, or Diploma in Document Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good knowledge of document management systems like ACONEX, PCM, Scenario, or similar applications.
Familiarity with different QA/QC forms, technical submissions, contracts, correspondences, and drawings to provide suitable documents upon request from specialist teams.
Ability to accomplish document tasks with high speed and accuracy.
Manage logs with control and perfection, including receiving, sending, submitting, distributing, and recording documentation.
Receive and review submittals from service providers, such as subcontractors, and prepare them for approvals from supervisory consultants or clients.
Track updates on changes made in the document management system and provide daily updates to relevant parties.
Issue daily inspections with all necessary documentation and reports.
Generate logs and charts to track the progress of documents according to the code of action and forward them to the involved staff for follow-up.
