Established in 2019, BEC Arabia Real Estate is a vertically integrated subsidiary of The Group that engages in Real Estate development management with a specific focus on social and affordable housing.
The company manages all cycles of the real estate development process on either a co-development or standalone basis.
The company also invests in prominent residential and mixed-use projects, helping to bridge funding gaps, with a current portfolio of USD 60mn.
Despite its short lifespan, BEC Arabia Real Estate secured a memorandum of understanding to develop more than 18K units from the Ministry of Housing. The first mandate, involving the development of 890 units in Jazan is already complete.
