Architectural Engineer

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare architectural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Relevant professional certifications are preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate specialized architectural and engineering design efforts for healthcare projects, ensuring integration with the client’s team and medical equipment suppliers.
  • Oversee the development of detailed room layouts and room data sheets across all departments and areas of the project.
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant disciplines to ensure accurate integration of structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), ICT, architectural, and interior design requirements.
  • Manage the creation of comprehensive documentation, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans, aligned with shop drawings and construction needs.
  • Provide specialized technical support to ensure the design intent is implemented precisely on-site.
  • Participate actively in coordination meetings to support smooth project workflows and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure all design and documentation to meet applicable quality standards, safety protocols, and healthcare-specific building codes.
