Architectural Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate specialized architectural and engineering design efforts for healthcare projects, ensuring integration with the client’s team and medical equipment suppliers.
- Oversee the development of detailed room layouts and room data sheets across all departments and areas of the project.
- Collaborate closely with all relevant disciplines to ensure accurate integration of structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), ICT, architectural, and interior design requirements.
- Manage the creation of comprehensive documentation, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans, aligned with shop drawings and construction needs.
- Provide specialized technical support to ensure the design intent is implemented precisely on-site.
- Participate actively in coordination meetings to support smooth project workflows and timely issue resolution.
- Ensure all design and documentation to meet applicable quality standards, safety protocols, and healthcare-specific building codes.
